We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He said he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant quantity of funds out of their joint bank account which he stated he necessary to set himself up in a new location to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less funds into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have another woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We were able to supply our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
